San Francisco FrontRunners is the founding chapter of a worldwide network of running clubs for the LGBT community and our friends. First-time runners and visitors are presented with welcome ribbons. We warmly welcome new participants at every weekly run. Tuesday: We meet downtown at the Ferry Building at 6:30pm for a 3- or 5-mile run out and back along the Embarcadero, through the Municipal Pier and past Aquatic Park. Saturday: This is our largest weekly event - often over 100 runners, walkers and dogs participate! We meet at the Stow Lake Boathouse in Golden Gate Park, rain or shine. Courses include:
